AI Factories
AI factories, built for tokens.
Purpose-built, prefabricated, liquid-cooled. Delivered in months, not years.
An AI factory is designed from the workload backwards: 140 kW-plus racks, warm-water liquid cooling that free-cools even in Jakarta, and halls big enough to keep clusters whole.
Over 90 per cent factory-prefabricated: a 50 MW block goes from ground-breaking to ready in about six months.
Karawang · 50 MW token factory and refinery
Indonesia's first production-grade AI token factory

Under construction in the Karawang industrial belt on an 11.5-hectare, 250 MW master-planned campus: above flood level, dedicated 150 kV/20 kV substation with redundant feeders, dedicated cooling water.
Phase 1: two storeys, six halls, 240 liquid-cooled racks at 142 kW plus 96 air-cooled — built for NVIDIA GB300 NVL72.
| Land (Phase 1) | 25,029 m² |
|---|---|
| Gross floor area | 21,380 m² · 6 data halls |
| Racks | 240 liquid-cooled at 142 kW + 96 air-cooled at 20 kW |
| Density | Up to 142 kW per rack |
| Network | 800G/400G spine-leaf, InfiniBand for AI fabric |
| Cooling | Warm-water direct-to-chip, closed loop |
| Delivery | Prefabricated modular, ~6 months from foundations to ready |
Phase 1 design document figures — all figures subject to confirmation against the final design.
It produces tokens for inference and agentic work, capacity for training and fine-tuning, and a sovereign home for sector refineries — sold as throughput, clusters and refinery services, never as empty space.

SCBD Super Node
The urban edge, under one millisecond from Jakarta's core
A 1 MW node, deployable in about two months: sub-millisecond for real-time finance and interactive AI, OJK-aligned, and the validation point for NVIDIA, Broadcom and Achronix stacks before the main campus.

Design and operations standards
How we build and run a factory
Design
- IEC and SNI standards; seismic to Indonesian codes
- Warm-water DLC, 2–32 °C supply window
- PUE ≤ 1.3 annualised; floor loading > 1,900 kg/m²
Construction
- Full BIM delivery
- Factory prefabrication above 90 per cent
- Module transport and on-site assembly
Operations
- AI-assisted DCIM; hot-aisle containment
- Coolant-quality management
- Carrier-neutral fibre near submarine landings
- 24/7 operations centre; monthly published metrics
